  Came with 6 friends for a birthday. Service was horrible!!!!!! Didn't get asked once how our food was, we all had margaritas and wanted more but the waitress never asked us if we wanted another one, she didn't care about us seemed like because she got the gratuity . Don't waste your time here, I ordered a hamburger because I've came here before and didn't enjoy the Mexican food however my fiends chose this place to meet for margaritas and her birthday celebration. Only one margarita each I guess, since waitress doesn't care. And nothing special for birthdays... waste of time and money.. we also asked for a manager and one never came. As well as the heat to get turned down because it's blazing RIGHT UNDER THE TABLE and nobody listened to our request. So we took it upon ourselves to place our jackets over the Heater vent. Our waitress name was Connie. Not coming back.

  DO NOT EAT HERE. My first trip, the staff was rude, I was intentionally overcharged on my bill. My second trip, the wait staff was extremely rude and the bill was not accurate again. I HAD TO ASK, THEN DEMAND 3 TIMES -FOR THEM TO FIX IT! Jorge's Sombrero really worked hard that time to steal extra money from me on my bill! My third and last try at Jorge's Sombrero was as bad as the other times.... Big turn offs.. the food is always served cold,,, the food is over priced,,, Jorge's Sombrero charges you for chips and salsa. They put kosher rock salt on a beer glass, it.s not a margarita -WTF its a beer! Jorge's Sombrero, Pueblo is a popular place where locals who are Hispanic can go and get food, but if you are Anglo they will steal from you, belittle you and serve you other than quality food. STAY AWAY FROM Jorge's Sombrero.
