  Service was perfect food was excellent. The only reason for 4 stars is my bruitto was smothered and it didn't state that on the menu. I was expecting a regular burrito.But will definitely go again.

  The best food and best service I absolutely love the chips and salsa Rita's has some really awesome genuine Chicano food. May the Lord continue to bless Rita and her wonderful restaurant

  First time here and ordered the nachos with everything. Just looking at the guacamole it had black oxidation already. My lettuce with the monster burrito was mixed with wilted lettuce. When I showed this to my server he didn't offer to make it right. He was very polite and nice so I just think lacked proper customer skills. Which is no fault of his own but of his supervisor. The lady at the counter did not apologize and was not very engaging other than when she took our order. I believe it was due to our complaint. The enchilada that we ordered for my son was good. The green chili was actually very tasty! This establishment has much potential. I'm not here to bash it but hopefully give constructive criticism. I also work in the customer service field and the three things they lacked are 1 Don't serve guacamole that is oxidized. 2 Pay attention to your lettuce because it needs much attention especially in the food industry 3 Be more engaging with your customers. If your wrong at least offer to do something about it. I'm a big supporter of small businesses. Other than that it was alright food. The nachos looked great if it weren't for the guacamole! Thank you and I hope this gets to the right people.
