  This store refused to accept a valid return of merchandise, for which I had a receipt. I was told by Starbucks customer service that this store had to accept the return and refund my purchase, but the store manager still refused to comply with his own companies' directives. His reasoning? His store didn't carry that item. I have worked retail from pushing carts to managing big box stores, and I KNOW he could have accepted the return. Very sad state of affairs here at this location, and I will not be going back to any Starbucks because of this. I will also advise my friends and family of this and see if they may join me in this impromptu boycott. Shame on you Starbucks, and to the store manager at that location, I hope someone from corporate corrects you on this behavior.
