  It was a great experience until I was told that my deposit was nonrefundable after I paid my bill. I was never told that the deposit was was actually a fee. A deposit is supposed to be refunded back to you or applied to your bill. They said the policy is on their website and on their counter but since I live in aurora and called on the phone I was not aware of this policy, even on the phone It was never mentioned to me. I've never heard of a place charging a fee for you to eat there. I will never come here again and they have lost alot of business from me and my family for not attempting to fix this mistake that they made.

  We had a great time at Felice's Thanks Mark! I travel for a living and have pizza all over the country, Chicago, New York.. Felice's is GREAT!
