  Not only does the drive through take forever, but every single damn time I go to this location they fuck up the order. Yet these are the people asking for $15 an hour? 30 minutes in a drive through and the wrong order. This place is horrible.

  Horrible wait times in drive thru! I have made the mistake of going to this location on multiple visits because it is on the way home and convenient when getting off interstate 25. The drive thru took at least 20 and 35 minutes (no exaggeration) for maybe three cars/orders on different visits. I actually timed it! Food is good it's just that this location takes at least five to ten minutes per order on average when it's not busy. Managers do not seem at all interested in motivating crew to work any faster when subject of wait time is presented. The lobby is generally clean and pleasant but occasionally not properly stocked with hot sauce or drink lids. There is another location about three to four miles down the road in the Regency Shopping Center where wait times are on average easily less than five minutes. If you want Taco bell in the south side of town I suggest you go to that location not this one unless you personally enjoy sitting in restaurant drive thrus for extended periods of time.
